I can never have too many ankle booties as I literally wear them all year round with everything. Bought these a few weeks ago and I haven’t taken them off since. The Rag and Bone Newbury is such a timeless style to have, and in my opinion every girl needs at least one pair in their closet. If you already do, then this new style adds a fashion twist to the classic as perforated leather is everywhere this season, and they also make booties much more wearable during the hot weather. Love love!

Nothing captivates me more than catching a glimpse of a piece of quality dainty jewellery on an elegant woman. It is classic, low-key and looks effortless. I like the fact that it brings out the most feminine and delicate side of you. I’ve been wearing the Jennifer Zeuner Love Anklet (bought here) lately, often paired with a pair of sexy stiletto – très chic!

Talking about temptation..I bought this pair from here which I really should be staying away from, but it’s just everything I wanted for a pair of perfect booties this fall. They are black, peep toe, with the signature Valentino studs. Just can’t say no…The style is timeless to me so they will last till I can rock in heels again!

I am going through a major shoe phase lately, and the fact that there are a lot of nice booties rolling out amongst the US shopping sites is not helping to curb my obsession at all. I bought this pair of gorgeous KORS Michael Kors Shailyn Wedge Booties a few weeks ago (bought here) – the sharp pointed toe is a little Givenchy inspired (high end version here) and I just love it. It’s a pair of very classic black booties with an edge, and as you know I am all about classic with an edge for fashion, as well as for makeup! The quality looks just as good and they feel comfy. I haven’t had a chance to wear them out yet, but will report back in my future OOTD.
BTW, shopbop is having another awesome deal at the moment. Enter promo code BIGEVENT12 for the below deals. I noticed that some of the hot goodies saved in my wishlist have already sold out..but I managed to get this Helmut Lang! Yay

Hi everyone, happy weekend! You may have noticed that I’ve been really into doing ‘instagram-inspired’ posts lately. They are fun to do and allow me to share more frivolous things!

1. MOSCHINO Teddy Bear iPhone Case (bought here): It is the cutest iPhone case I have ever seen!! I wanted it so much when it was first released which was before the release of iPhone 5, but I wasn’t sure if I was going to upgrade my phone. I have now decided to keep my iPhone 4s so…bear with me
By the way Shopbop has started its latest SALE with up to 70% off days ago, and I just placed a massive order which I am so excited about!
2. St Tropez Instant Glow Body Lotion (bought here): It transforms my pale light reflective legs into sun-kissed color – instantly!
3&4. Everyday hair styling: I have been asked about how I style my hair, so these two pictures pretty much show how I style my hair every morning. The large hair rollers are by Denman (bought here), and I blast them with hot air for a few seconds before putting them on my hair. They make my deadly straight hair more bouncy, and gives a nice smooth wave. I then lightly spray my hair with the Oribe dry texture spray for some texture.

As summer is approaching, I bought my first pair of sandals for this year – the timeless YSL Tribute Patent Sandal (bought here!). Love the tannish nude color as it looks very versatile all year round. Although the heels are pretty high, the comfort has surpassed my expectations. I can walk in them for hours without grimacing. Despite the gorgeous look of them and the “Made-in Italy” stamp – which is rare as there are more prestige fashion houses moving their manufacturing to China lately (*cough* Burberry..Prada..), the practicality of these shoes are definitely worth the high price tag! And now I totally understand why people collect them in multiple colors – it’s an addiction with YSL Tribute!

It is my weekly haul time again! Along with the JZ mini cross necklace, I also ordered the Jennifer Zeuner Medium Swirly Initial Necklace (link here) in 14k gold plated before I went on holiday. It is a hand-made personalized necklace which requires a custom order and takes about 4-6 weeks. And it finally safely arrived at my door. Long wait but totally worth it as I’m already loving it to bits! I always wanted a necklace with my initials on, and after checking out several brands which does this I decided to go with the Jennifer Zeuner. I like the style and the size of the pendant, and find that JZ jewellery generally lasts a long time without tarnishing/fading. Not to mention that I spotted one of my celebrities Giuliana Rancic who has been wearing this necklace consistently. Have I ever mentioned that I saw her when I was in LA? Her friendly and down-to-earth charisma completely swept me off my feet after speaking to her briefly

Before I left Australia for a summer holiday in Europe, I wanted to get myself a dainty and delicate necklace that I can wear everyday with any outfit. And the first one that popped in my head was the Jennifer Zeuner Mini Horizontal Cross necklace in 14 karat gold (link here). I know many of you have seen this one as it’s been very popular with many celebs and bloggers. But it’s such a classic and cult design by JZ, and it’s affordable and practical, so I have finally jumped on the bandwagon
Been wearing it everyday since.
