NEW IN: Sunnies

It’s the beginning of a new financial year! which means it is the time that I allow myself to shop without thinking about my yearly budget, until I get a heart attack half way through the year then start to count every cent 😛 Anyhow I have been eyeing these sunnies for so long. The Prada Baroque (bought here) is a must-have – it’s the perfect accessory to instantly make you look glam and chic . Also loving the super over-sized cat frame of the Gucci Retro Cat Eye Sunglasses – they fit perfectly on my meaty face. I had tried them on at David Jones which retails for AUD$460, and they just listed on shopbop (also available here) a lot cheaper so I took the deal.

The Gucci ones are super cute. ^^

Have you heard of this?

It’s so cute! Was wondering if you were getting it~~

Hi Jen, I haven’t bought any Laduree makeup yet. I thought they are a little overpriced – I like the petal blush but I just can’t justify paying $150 for a blush! And Laduree, Paul and Joe, Jill Stuart and Anna Sui are all made by the same company anyway.

I love the sides of the Prada sunglasses but round lenses are usually too big for me. I did a search and found that they also come with square lenses so I ordered those. Can’t wait for them to arrive! I really love your posts — I consider them the best fashion advice for me.

Oh I haven’t paid much attention to the square lenses baroque shades. I need to check them out now and let me know how they go 🙂

Must see these babies in some of your upcoming OFTD posts! Great picks, Reika, although I don’t think I could pull off the Baroque Prada sunnies. Glad you got the Gucci pair for a steal, relatively speaking. I can’t quite get over the cost of things in Australia. I’ve never been Down Under, but seeing the markup on the exact same merchandise sold here in America makes me gasp.

Love the minimal baroque style!! I tried them a couple of times but thought they look strange on me lol. Post a OOTD wearing them? 🙂
